How long we keep your personal information

We retain records of completed translation work, including source documents and translations, for five years to maintain an appropriate professional record of the services provided, respond to requests for additional copies, corrections, amendments or updates, deal with queries or claims, and maintain continuity in relation to previous or related assignments.

After this period, records may be retained in anonymised form for professional and linguistic reference purposes.

Physical documents that are not collected by the client are securely destroyed after approximately two months.
